dragonflight classic is rumored to be releasing in 2025
I’m hoping for classic up to MoP. That was my favorite by far, because of the memories with friends, and I’d love to share those adventures with them all over again now that we are older.

I’m on the side of believing WOTLK is the stopping point. Bookends a decent “trilogy” and comes before the world is sundered and tbh…no longer really “classic”.

This may sound weird and oddly specific, but for me, “Classic” ends with the removal of the Wetlands Run. No shade on WotLK, but I’m still considering whether I’ll continue to play when it’s launched.
im gunshy about ashes. it looks promising, it sounds promising, which is exactly true for a dozen other games in the last like 20 years that ended up failing miserably.
But like always - I hope I am wrong.
