Yeah, across all of BFA where it strongly hinted, if not all out explicitly stated, that she was getting powers from an unknown outside force. We now know that source as The Jailer which will be in Shadowlands. Hope this helped!

I kinda knew that. But perhaps there was a moment of the bargain.
Because I’m pretty sure that little shadowy stunt in the BfA trailer wasn’t part of her banshee Powers.

50/50 chance we get some kind of flashback scene that shows it. I just hope it isn’t one of those “See? She was good all along! Bet you feel silly now don’t you? Oh the whole burning of a tree which had countless innocent lives and also the whole Saurfang thing? Ehhhhhhhh, what’s that over there?” moments.

But other than that… It is suspected that she started really ramping up powers after the deal with Helya in Legion.
The truth is… we don’t know. May never not… probably be explored in Shadowlands.
