I am looking for a non healing alt (that is easy to play)
Assassination rogue isn’t hard, but it is currently stronger more due to relative tuning than the actual spec.
Dev is also easy and strong, but pretty 1-dimensional and you still really need to learn positioning which is hard for a lot of players.
If you’re looking for something that’s easy, does good damage, and can play in a lot of comps, I’d suggest demon hunter.

I wouldn’t say rogue is easy tbh. It is, but it isn’t. It honestly depends on the player.
DH is probably your best bet. It’s the dps most healers play.
Dh is harder than Dev though. So not sure what you’re going on about.

I don’t think there is a dps easier than dev but I also don’t rly branch out much from dps mostly a mage ret main before dev was a thing so that’s my lizard take

Theres more relaxing classes but assassination is as straight forward as rogue gets imo

Assassination is super easy, but I find it super boring as well.
You can try BM hunter or marks as well. They also look more interesting going forward next expansion.

LEARN TO play assassination in two sentences. HERE, we go you open triple garrote the team crimson tempest since you have five combo points into a fan kidney on a target. Lastly shadow dance, shiv, kingsbane, deathmark, and profit.
Assa is as easy as it gets just spam fan of knifes into crimson and kidney with empowered garrotes on and everyone while your aff also does unhealable dmg gg ez and you get glad for spamming fan of knifes the entire match with slow up perma. the retpocalyspe wasn’t as annoying as dot classes are at end of expac from stat scaling. 35/50 wins 15 more wins and im done with 3’s and assa/aff or fmp till tww

assassination is one of the squishiest specs in the game. thats where the skill comes in.

I hit 70 and got 1800 in the same night.
Yup, there’s no letting up in that comp. Once you start letting up then the comp loses all of its charm.
