How does the catalyst work on alts?

I have a main character at level 70.

On this alt, when I get 70, is the catalyst still one piece a week, or can I backfill and get all previous weeks at one time?

You get all the charges that your main has gotten. The confusing bit is that the menu will only show that you have one charge, but when you use it, you’ll see that you still have one charge.

People have made weakauras to track Catalyst charges. I wish it showed as a currency on your character sheet or something, but it is what it is…
