How does revival catalyst work for alts?

I’ve been doing the weekly quest on my main but I didnt see a quest for reviving the catalyst on my alt. I went to the catalyst and it appears I have 1/6 of the currency but no quest to fill up the bar? Am I missing something for my alt to obtain the weekly quest?

once you do the catalyst quest once per week it unlocks the charge for all current and future alts upto a total of 6 charges max, the number of charges you can see is buggy so prob doenst show the total you have.

You actually can’t see your currency.

What it shows you at the catalyst as one charge is actually the cost. (Not how many you have)
