How does one get to Siren Island?

For those doing the PTR testing of the new patch any chance of a screen shot of the new map showing the Siren isle location?

Would also love any info about how one travels there after the initial visit. Does it have a hub city with portal to the two capitals or is travels only available from Dornagal?

There is a quest in the building where the portals are in Dornogal.
