With the new changes can anyone explain to me why my second HoT is doing 13% more healing when I have 24.53% mastery?
I did some testing on the PVP dummys in dornogal only. PVP means I hit the PVP Training dummy with a moonfire(next to the healing dummy), NON-PVP means I just healed the PVP Training Dummy by itself.
