Increase the cooldown recovery rate of your target major ability by 100%, follows your flash heal . what does it mean? I don’t understand the part " follows your flash heal "
When you flash heal a target the fairy giving the cooldown recovery rate moves to that target instead
THAT legendary item from night fae for priest, 50% CD recovery rate for the target , so we get 150% recovery rate for 2 buffs? 100% from covenant and 50% from legendary? that night fae abilities are pretty much complicated, lol.
Yeah you cast the ability first to summon the fairies, and then you use your spells to move the fairy. But you can cast it again on yourself, an enemy, or an ally to add the mask bonus to it as well.
I usually just give the fairy and the mask to my fire mage for combustion cooldown
