Its Relm from FF6. Theyre running out of ideas for classes and are pulling from the most obscure jobs. Mime will probably be next year.

I’m not excited about it (pretty much my headspace in regard to FF XIV as a whole at the moment) but it looks interesting. There definitely isn’t anything like it in FF XIV at the moment.
