I saw in my notifications a level 24 dieing there. What can kill a level 24 in that starter zone?
AFk somewhere, everything, even small ones count in large amounts.

If you go fishing by that area with the small house that has (i think) a rouge questing mob to kill, theres a patrol of about 3 level 9 mobs that takes the not so obvious path. If you are fishing because you’re smoking a bowl or looking at your characters bum you might accidentally die. Could have been that? I think theres a mage tower quest too that can kill you at that level? I dont remember. Either way, as Blizz says, never, ever Afk. Even on a bank alt in a major city.

AFK in a Heavy Mob Zone that respawns faster then normal. Hogger at lev 11 can take out a level 20 (unbuffed) in a few mins. Then there’s the murlocs over by the lake that respawn entirely too fast. these can wipe a lev 20 in mere secs.
Okay. Its still embarrassing to make it to 24 and die in the starter zone.

You can’t kite Teremus outside of blasted lands in hardcore.
Usually deathlog indictates the thing that kills a player. Most likely for a 24 to die in Elwynn it was probably something like fall damage or drowning.
Who cares?
How did you die at level 24 in Elwynn?
I’m gonna guess his hp got to 0 somehow.
