How do you win Solo Shuffle?

I’m not sure if this is a bug, or just my own knowledge gap, but how do you win and get credit for Solo Shuffle?

I just finished a Shuffle where I:

  • Won 4 of 6 matches (1 other person managed to win 5 matches)
  • Scored 4 of the killing blows for those matches
  • Did the most damage across all 6 rounds
  • Didn’t die once

But when we finished the last Shuffle round, I lost. I didn’t get any honor, conquest, or rewards of any kind. Is that what others would expect?

If so, what are the criteria you need to meet to actually win a Solo Shuffle?

3-3 or better, I think.

Keep in mind people leaving may deprive one of a win.

As well as Maldraxxus arena being coded as a skirm (last week, anyways. Unsure if fixed)

That makes sense to me, which is why I thought I would have gotten credit for winning 4-2. :frowning:

I’ve had…most of my games where I went positive get dodged. Like, I’m 3-1, feeling good, then match abandoned. Feels awful. :sob: You get 300 consolation honor but people just dodge when things aren’t going well for them.

They should make the punishment way harsher cuz this does happen alot

Are you talking normal or rated? Normal right now is not giving bonus honor/conquest for your daily win, just 100 honor per win, that’s it. Ranked is giving mostly the good rewards on win, but sometimes it bugs and you get 3 conq instead of 150.

Nah u can lose rating getting 4 wins, happened to me today its based on the actual individual rounds that you won, the people’s rating and MMR for those particular rounds get taken into account but one time I increased rating with 2 wins because I was the underdog by 500+ rating or so

That’s immaterial, though. :dracthyr_shrug: One can lose rating and still “win”.

I thought they were putting in a loss of 6/6 rounds worth of rating for abandoning a match this week?

Really should, maybe a 3 strike system and you cant queue for rated solo queue for 24 hours (account wide) if you abandon 3 times in a single reset.

EDIT: My thoughts and reasoning on a 24 hour vs 1 week, sometimes stuff hits the fan like a thunder and lightning storm or snow storm, you can get power pack think its safe and BOOM DC again.

Also it’s something Blizz can track if someone has a pattern of doing it nearly every day it’s problematic and they should have additional actions taken against them.

Definitely something buggy with getting credit for the overall “win” going on, it isn’t just you.

Had it happen to me twice last night. All 6 rounds played out to completion. No leavers. Won 4 of 6 one session, 5 of 6 another session. Got the negligible “thanks for participating” token honor at the end, like 200 honor I believe, that was it. No Conq, no Flux, not the correct amount of bonus honor - as if it were a loss.

Don’t know what exactly the bug is, what causes it or makes it happen, but you’re not alone in scratching your head.
