Solo shuffle to warm up for rated 2s/3s or rated 2s/3s to warm up for SS?
Hit the target dummy for a couple minutes before the first game, and rotate which spec gets that first game of the day. If I’m feeling lazy I’ll just look at my buttons and imagine pressing them to oil up those neuronal pathways.

Sometimes do 2s to warm up for 3s if a partner is late.

I don’t warm up for disappointment
I’d hate to waste a good game on a target dummy; my first game is always my best game and if I don’t quit while I’m ahead I always find myself getting into the zone for a satisfying losing streak.
I warm up on my first loss. Sometimes I lose right away sometimes I lose 3-4 games later. But whenever I lose it’s because it was a warmup game.
Just came back 3 days ago. Best warm up advice I can offer is go to Youtube and look up mom and dad fighting while you’re in the other room ASMR to prepare for the mental breakdown you’ll have bc this game is bad.
Even better warmup is if your parents are actually fighting and arguing and your dad comes in your room with a belt

I play a couple of skirmish before I go into rated solo.
A few BGS then a few skirmishes.
Lose a few games in any bracket, get annoyed and then claw my way back into it.
I warm up before squat or deadlift.
Rest always going for pb.

If it’s a toon I’ve been playing a lot I’ll normally just q up.
If I haven’t played it in a while I might run a bg or hit the target dummy for a few first to refamiliarize myself with my keybinds and stuff.
Usually a sativa. I enjoy mine in spliffs.
