How do you use camera movement in game? Having issues

So I want to preface this that I have come back to the game recently after taking off a few expansions. One thing that has been an issue has been camera movement for me. I am a tank and I need my camera movement to be solid so I need to make sure this is fixed.

I am a keyboard and mouse player, I use qweasd to move. and generally holding down the right mouse button to pan the camera around while also turning me at the same time. This is what I have always used so its super easy and has worked really well in the past. Problem with this is since coming back I have loads of issues with this working.

When trying to use the right mouse button to pan the camera around often it will just single right click, even though I never took my finger off of it and start running in a random direction which as a tank is not a good thing. Sometimes it will sit there panning for 10 seconds and then decide its done panning and single click. Its making it very hard to try and play this way.

Does anyone have a solution to my issue. Is there a workaround? Is my mouse the issue maybe? Is there a better way of going about doing this?

Sounds like a mouse issue, I’ve seen it before, the mouse isn’t reversing the hold

Sounds like an issue with your mouse or maybe even framerate issues. Are you experiencing lag? If not, most likely something with your mouse or mousepad. Or lack of mousepad.

No lag at all, never see any kind of lag spikes in the games actually. Sad to hear that it might be my mouse…Its the Razer Naga. Maybe cleaning it up some might help. Ill see what I can do. Thanks.

This happens to me at least once per play session, i’ll be running along (or flying) and then all of a sudden the camera view will go all funny and i’ll be going in another direction, i thought it was just me.

Its happening. Once every 5 minutes, if not more…I wish it was once every play session.
