How do you unlock Zekvir's Lair?

I’ve done everything I wanted to do in Delves, cleared all Delves I think at least once, cleared up to T11, now I want to fight the big bug at least once.

But…I don’t know how. I had this quest just sitting here, I feel I can beat at least his first fight, but when I go to his lair I’m greeted with a fog wall and…nothing.

I looked it up online and I meet the requirements, but I get no notification to fight the bug.

Any ideas? Hate to end the season without even trying him out.

Are you sure youre at the correct place? Theres a lot of saved delves for next season that are just blank fog walls

Clearing a 7 and a 10 should unlock normal and hard mode, which is entered like any other delve in the City of Threads (zone, not instance). If it isn’t letting you in, I’d back off and try a few times, maybe you somehow missed a trigger? It’s also possible that you need to do the campaign skip to unlock the city proper? Or that you’re not at the right place somehow?

Once you go in, there’s a door to open and then Zekvir’s just vibing in his house

Zekky’s dedicated lair is northwest of the raid entrance when you look on the map

Yeah, I went and invited myself into his house but he really wasn’t wanting my company. And I know for sure I’ve cleared T7s and 10s.

I’ll do some more troubleshooting on my end, maybe dropping and reaccepting the quest will help.

That’s odd, it should have a little entrance room with Brann’s stuff, then a nerubian door that is closed and you need to click to sloooooowly open.

Did you have revives remaining when you cleared T8 and T10?

Yeah, like a big ol’ fog gate is just there. When I approach no prompt, no overview, nothing. Just a bunch of fog like it’s trying really hard to be a Dark Souls boss.

I appreciate your help folks: Poked Trade in between my research so they may be stumped as well. May file a bug report in case it happens to be in that realm.

Yup, did all tiers with lives left so that can’t be it. It seems that the requirements aren’t super deep, it’s just really not wanting me to go in regardless.

Bug report would definitely be good, if you aren’t getting the prompt at all I’d recommend trying a UI reset, maybe something just went critically wacky and is causing the window prompt to select difficulty to just not show up, not really sure there

I got the solution from another thread. Turns out you had to right click the fog. I play on gamepad mode and even when activating the mouse in that mode it didn’t really change color or anything. The finger pointer became more of a hand.

Felt a bit silly, but how it goes sometimes.
