Im lvl 94 after a few dungeons and intro
Im not seeing them on the map unless I have to fly over the area to see it? I just built my garrison so maybe it should be up now?
You have to unlock the garrison outpost in the zone. So for Gorgrond (the most lucrative one) you have to do the first like 3 quests or whatever and unlock the outpost where you pick the flying shredder thing.
Have to fly over the area. This happened to me last week when I was leveling.

I think you do need to “fly over” (i.e. they need to not be covered in fog of war on your map).
Also, some of them are legit tied to quest chain. For example, in Gorgrond there are 2 diverging paths and depending on which one you go with, dictates which bonus areas are available to you. That is, each choice has different bonus areas associated to it (as well as a few generic ones).
