How do you think no PTRs would go?

All this Cartel Chip lambasting, we actually wouldn’t even know they were included in 11.1 or part of the renown track if it wasn’t for the PTR.

While no PTR would spell doom for balancing issues, how would the surprise factor be if we had no PTRs to know whats coming? We wouldn’t know the story, content, or rewards

We knew the ending of Undermine in the PTR. We also knew Renzik dies
