Iā€™ve been drinking coffee since age 5. My father got up crazy early every morning because he was a truck driver. His alarm always woke me up as a kid so I got up too and we had breakfast and coffee together every morning.

Generic Migraine Formula* (It has caffeine), but only if I wake up hurtingā€¦which is 50-100% of the time.

5 Hour Energy for that mid-day slump when it happens; about 2-3 a week.

I only drink actual coffee to enjoy its taste, and that can happen anytime. I like it sweet and creamy; also as frappacino.

*Not just good for migraines, the same combination of drugs used to be marketed as ā€œBack Pain Formulaā€ and itā€™s pretty much great for all minor aches, pains, grogginess.

just remember to mix the cocoa powder in when the coffee is still very hot. it wont mix well otherwise

highly variable for me:

  • at home i just settle for instant 3-in-1 coffee mix
  • near my exercise area i usually indulge in CBTL or Starbucks cappuccino
  • at work i may settle for a cheap cup of 7-Eleven coffee
  • failing all that, iā€™ll just pick up a pre bottled can of sugar water labeled as ā€˜coffeeā€™

I have been deceived many times by the ā€œsugar water in a canā€. But there are brands that make great cold brew in a can coffee.

Imagine a world without coffee, for me that would be a sad day. Coffee brings people together, Iā€™ve had many great conversations while we all drink coffee.
