NPCs seem to be using Dren-eye on occasion, but I’ve always said Dray-nai.

I always thought they where Indian due to their dance. However at the end of the day they are just ancient protoss.

If you listen to the Draenei starting zone intro, it’s pronounced Dran-eye. I think that’s consistent with any voice acting mentions that I’ve heard in game so far.
