It depends on where you’re from. I assume that since blizzard is an american company, dalaran was pronounced the way most Americans would say the word; dale-er-anne (the A’s in the examples spelling are a bit over-pronounced from how I say it, but the point being in the spelling is that Americans have a stronger pronunciation of the letter A).
