i just finished the quest to get him back, summoned all 6 forms and tamed them but i cant summon my other pet with him, so how do you bind him to the gun?
You don’t. The artifact’s powers and abilities was spent to stop the fel poison from the big sword in Silithus.
You need to change the level 15 Beast Master talent to Animal Companion to get the second pet now. Make sure the second pet is in the first slot of stored pets in your stable.

omfg i did all that hati quest crap, died a dozen times fighting him and it wasnt even needed to get the second pet…omfg

Good news is if you still want the Hati model for a pet, there is a quest in BfA where you can tame him.

ya that’s the one i just spent almost 20 hours going from 95 grinding my self to 120 for that quest and dying a dozen times fighting Hati too. i thought you needed hati for the second pet, then you could just transform him into whatever you wanted.
Well, I’ve had Hati since WOD, but never use her anymore. But that questlines from Image of Mimiron sounds like fun. I might do it while waiting for SL. Thunderstorm thanks for the post!

I have two of all 6 Hatis on all 4 of my capped BM Hunters in case I change their mog and want matching wolves.
Yeah, the whole Hati thing was JUST for the Hati pets “mogs.” 
My hunter runs around with the Hati spirit beast, with the second pet also a mog of Hati. They are named for their look, “Serpentbite” and “Eaglewatch.”
