How do you open the high value cache in the raid?

I’m not a raider but this really doesn’t sound good.

It’s a chest that has a bubble around it in raid and says locked. Procopoc can’t be summoned in there so that’s not the way.

Knowing blizz, 1/100th of a key fragment will drop from the jailer on a .001% droprate, soulbound.

Interesting, must be a drop somewhere in raid is my guess.

Our rogue opened it no problem.
Had a crittershape in it.

How? Did the rogue get a security override orb?
