How do you move the target icon?

I moved mine just fine in Edit Mode, but when I target an NPC to move that icon, it disappears.

Is that a bug? If not, how do you move the location of your target’s icon?

In edit mode, click the checkbox for focus/target. Move the target box where you want it to be then save it. The reason you need to click the box is so that the target box will show up in edit.
