How do you move rep or xp bars?

Unless I’m missing something, There doesn’t seem to be an option to move them?

unfortunately the exp/rep bars along with the bags/game menu - you cant move

You also can’t move the achievement/significant item popup toast (bottom middle).

Blizzard wants us all to know we have 0 street cred. We gotta get our rep up , or something. i dunno

I thought the new UI promised to move everything and be an improvement, but I’m having a hard time moving the XP and Rep bar and making some icons bigger under my bags or around my minimap.

if you have the bars on the right hand side going vertical like it was in default ui open your bags and try and move stuff around… the bag window opens way too close to the edge and theres no way to move it… legit cant use bags and the side vertical bars you have to choose one or the other.

The open bags with side bars issue is really an incredible oversight…

Also being unable to move rep bar, bags and menu are pretty foolish.
