How do you manage multiple characters?

I have about 5 level 60’s, two who are geared but only because I changed mains. I just levelled my monk and I feel like I just don’t have the time to manage multiple classes at once, especially the catch up with legendary, torgast, renown, etc…anyone else have this issue? I feel like previous expansions was a bit more alt friendly than SL

Not really, but I’m not trying to juggle multiple mains. Probably my biggest hurdle to enjoying my alts is just Torghast and the legendary system.

I run a leveling good with many noobs, what I tell them is to F O C U S. one thing at a time, don’t work on multi toons at once. If you’re after mounts, then focus that, gear focus, gold, again focus.

I do same thing and have found you need to focus in MMO’s. I have 6 60’s atm and I work on their campaign and renown, when I reach a point I can not anymore due to time gating and lack of catch up, I work on another, let the callings build up them do them one shot and so on on each alt.

If you try to work on all, say your 5 at once you will get burned out and lose focus. Hope this helps and good luck!

My alts are just used for farming mounts, pets and transmogs. I really don’t care what they’re ilevel is, unless it’s a situation like GMOD where I need to run LFR over and over.

I expect my alts to be more or less equals to my main at the end of an expansion.

Trying to keep everyone equal as I go is a recipe for burnout.

We shouldn’t have to handle multiple classes at once. What else is there to do though?

I don’t invest in my alts.

My alts are alts; I don’t expect them to be as geared as my main.

I’m slowly working on 1800 on my alts for something to do and to collect the elite sets, but I can’t be arsed to upgrade my legendaries past R1 on any of them, nor grind out conduits.

warlords only 2
legion back to 17
bfa up to 27
sl right now only 2 are at 60

when the goings are good i play more alts

I currently dont. The lack of loot makes it too painful to even bother without a gear funnel.

I used to do m+ to gear up characters as alts. I did this as a tank or healer because its so easy to get into a grp. Now not so much. My main thats a healer is only at 13’s/14’s right now so isnt gear capped and is still the focus (2 pieces at 197 still yikes)

And my dh tank alt and this guy are stuck at 175-180 because normal mythic drop squat and i cant grind m+ for nothing
