How do you make a flying mount do its special move in a flying zone?
Type /mountspecial but you have to be on the ground for it to work, of course.
CTRL+ insert or delete
Erst wenn die Wolken schlafen gehen
Kann man uns am Himmel sehen
Wir haben Angst und sind allein
Gott weiß, ich will kein Engel sein…
…or make a macro that says /mountspecial
Not always. There are some mounts that have a unique arial special, or will do their ground special in the air. Like the Pandaria dragons will do a loop, the rylaks will do a barrel roll etc.
You do need to be stationary though iirc
Edit: Apparently I am wrong on this. After being corrected by others and testing myself there aren’t any fliers that do anything in the air when using /mountspecial. I could have sworn there were. I can distinctly remember when I first got the Heart of the Aspects doing loops in the air over Stormwind. So either it was removed or my memory is faulty.
Which ones? I just went thru all my Pandaria serpent mounts and none of them will do the /mountspecial unless they are grounded.
I must be mistaken about those then. I know the Spirit of the Aspects, the golden winged dragon from the shop based off the pandaria ones does. I assumed they all did. My apologies for being misleading on that one.
Hehe, you silly billy. All good.
Rammstein?
I was sorely disappointed when I finished Draenor Pathfinder, and the rylaks never rolled during flight. My follower gets a mount that rolls!
I have that mount and you also need to be on the ground to do the /mountspecial even tho that mount looks like its not on the ground anways you still have to be not flying technically for it to work…
Step one turn off Num lock
Step two press 0 on the numpad

Easiest way is to make a macro and put it on your action bar.
/script PlaySound(105996)
You’ll either love it or hate it.

God knows I don’t want to be an angel
macro /mountspecial and put it on your bar
Usually waving a pet biscuit and shouting motivational phrases at it does the job.
This is what I do.
