How do you increase enchant quality?

Is it not from crafting the enchant over and over again?

I’m training my enchanting and trying to learn a better quality of Devotion of Critical Strike but whenever I craft one the bar doesnt even move a millimeter, am I supposed to be crafting 500 of these? It also says “With current recipe difficulty, reach skill level 212 to gaurantee Quality: 2”

The skills dont even go that high, am I missing something here? I’m level 50.

The crafting skill tree is what allows you to increase your skill

Crafting gear helps as well and there are enchants and potions too

You do not increase rank by crafting the same thing over and over again. If a recipe doesn’t offer a skill up you are just wasting mats, time and money.

Inspiration basically. If you spec right and it procs you will craft a rank 3.
