I have been up and down in rating so much this season from queing nothing but lfg that anymore I just log on do my dailys in korthia and log off. What are you guys doing to still have fun?

I like to run deathbolt build and go for 1 shots. That still makes me happy. I hit a guy in 2s yesterday for a 56k deathbolt.

Pretty much in the same boat. Alliance lfg is worse, but basically I’m on there looking for fun queues. I’ve started to try q’ing for fun rather than for rating and it’s been helping me not worry about rating fluctuations.

That’s why u need two chars up to date. So u can Q 1 of them and when ur triggered instead of being mad u just instantly logout and get on the other till u get triggered there then log back to main

Not rly sure why tbh. Its really my only hobby right now and I barely play. I work 50-60 hours most weeks and have 2 toddlers so my play time is abysmal half the time I’m online I’m just afk while I take care of kiddos.
I just get online to hang out with friends or mess around with my brother in 2s and that’s it. Think I might start playing destiny again as I can just hop into a match and have fun and not worry about doing all these chores in game so that I can maybe have fun
Its tough sometimes to keep going for sure especially when your strictly queuing LFG. You need to be adding people to btag plain and simple that’s how you keep it going… when you got buddies online msg them to run some queues. You stay in LFG your going to keep ping ponging raiting back and forth. When i hit 1800 i thought getting 2k would be impossible… just kept grinding and got 2k the other day in 3’s and 2 games away in 2’s hoping to keep pushing to 2.1 and beyond. Honestly this game teaches you alot about life lol sounds corny but its true. it will keep knocking you down you just have to get back up and keep swinging.
Im necro so it wont work very well for me. But when I was NF highest DB i could ever get was like 18k with dmg modifiers! How do you do it?!

Use the agony extending conduit and talent.

Apply agony/corruption to everyone you can and don’t let agony fall off.

Get 5 shards and refresh dots on all off targets.

Pop Rapid contagion first! This gives you time to generate the last shard needed for the deathbolt!

Even my noncrits hit for around 25k. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve killed mages and paladins from 50% to dead with it. Just remember how deathbolt works and you’ll be hitting those fatties in no time.
It can be easily stopped so make sure you have cc on the off target if possible.
Also, if you’re with a priest, have him use dark aa and power infusion during your burst for some of the best rot damage in the game and a much bigger bolt.
Bonus: the new night fae legendary makes my bolts extremely massive if you land soul rot on multiple targets AND it’s a much better crit chance on it.
