You get Sparks of Life by killing players, looting bounties, and from war supply crates. The trophies are obtained from the weekly PvP quest in the Gladiators Refuge.

Yeah, I just came back and I’m on a PVE server. So, WHERE can I go to kill for marks?? Blizz??? You don’t go “ganking” on this server.
There’s 1 at the cobalt assembly arena. Called wild arcana I believe. It can be frustrating at times if a player has a lot of those ridiculous buffs. I did it yesterday and none of us did so it was fun.
There needs to be more ways to get this.
I did 2 supply drops + all the world quests + some PvP and I only have 72. You would have to do all the bi-weekly world quests plus farm a lot of people in PvP + get more supply drops.

this is gonna be to hard to farm on multiple toons, try going to assmebly and fighting rouges or dh with 1.2 mil life.
