I think if it isn’t on the Conquest Vendor you may have to hope it drops off the Callings box, IIRC there’s probably ways to get conduits with your covenant or Ven’ari, they drop at random though.

Mortal Combo drops from Spires of Ascension. You can get ilvl 200 conduits from keys of a certain level, I think +10 and above.

You can buy upgrades from the maw vendor, but… it is totally rng to your existing conduits, lowest one first and then random one. I am slowly doing this myself, I have all of mine 200 and upgrading to 213 and then finally 226 conduits.

We got a lot of time to do it… 9.1 isn’t coming anytime soon.

To add to this, you can also get 213s from +15 (or higher) keys.
