When I hit 1800 I was given an elite set called Theurgic Starspeaker but I didn’t get the elite appearance of the actual Eternal Gladiator set. Anyone know how you get the elite appearance unlocked?

The colorway is in my appearance journal but not listed on Wowhead. It’s the Silver variant I am referencing.
I’m guessing you did it on a Shaman as you said you got the Theurgic Starspeaker set. If you want the other set, which is for Hunters you will have to get get to 1800 rating as a Hunter.

That’s definitely incorrect bro. That’s a shaman set, it’s in my gear journal. I have the brown version of the item already.
What i mean is that the ones you link are the shoulders from the Hunter set, not the shaman set. While the set name you said is the shaman one.
As i’m currently doing pvp with a hunter friend i can see whenever we get a title he gets the silver set which the linked shoulders are part of, while im getting the Theurgic Starspeaker set
Hiya. You can get this appearance on Shaman by purchasing the Hunter lookalike shoulders from the conquest vendor and then upgrading them to Duelist quality, which is 2100 or 8/9.
