awakening was bugged, not sure if you got one retroactively but if not hopefully you can do it on an alt.
The lighting the lamps weekly in hallowfall didn’t give me one, but one of the subquests (the quests that become available after you light a lantern and a quest giver pops out) did. Re-reading the information on wowhead I guess this is by design.
I definitely got one from the “do stuff in azjkahet” weekly and pretty sure I got one from theater troupe as well, and delve weekly.

The wpvp spark quest offers me none. There’s the 2 from the Korrak’s revenge 500/500. What else is there from pvp good sir, good sir?
The fact that you resorted to name calling means I am under your skin, and you have lost the discussion. It’s ok. I get it. You wanted to have them drop from stuff other than what they drop from. But overall, my problem is people who feel it is ok to be a jerk to others.
Some of us might appreciate, and fully agree with, your posts on game issues if you were not so busy passive aggressively insulting others when replying.

Nothing but on day one you could get extra on alts until they noticed the bug

Maybe if you were nicer to others… I might give up my girlfriend and see what’s so special. But with that attitude, your posts are not the only thing that keep me completely disinterested. But good for him, putting up with your attitude. 
People have gotten 60 because some were ‘flexing’ in the city.
I don’t understand how this is possible, I haven’t see anyone yet, not that that means much. Guide doesn’t show that many possible in a week, unless there’s a bug that let’s people double-dip tokens on alts somehow. Any time I’ve completed a token quest on an alt the reward changes to not include them.
edit: just saw someone mention a bug on alts, that’s probably it…
a shame. The bug was backwards for me, no bronze available from the wpvp sparks quest lol, still isn’t, main or alt.
