How do you get dalaran hearthstone as dracthyr?

I was able to accept which zone to quest in from khadgar but he didn’t give me the dal hearthstone.

You can request one from the inn keeper in The Legerdemain Lounge, where it says “Chamber of the Guardian” on the minimap.

Not sure if the other inn keepers work, but that one worked for me.

I just went to the mission board in stormwind and picking up the legion intro.
Skipped all the things and boom. Talked to the lady waiting for you in dal. Nothing different than any other class/race.

Update for anyone that makes there way here, Dalaran Hearthstone and Garrison Hearthstone are now in the Toy Box
