How do you get BFA flying?

Is there a guide on this? Achievement says I need to get rep with Waveblade Ankoan and Rustbolt Resistance. But I have no idea how you even start to get rep with them.

How do you even get to the new zones that were just added ?

Pretty sure you get a pop-up quest to go to Nazjatar. You literally can’t miss it.

You should have gotten a quest to go see the harbor master in Borealis as soon as you logged in. This starts the Nazjatar quest. You get the Mechagon quest after you have opened up Naz and done the quest to unlock the essence system.

Didn’t get any quests or essence system that is the problem.

Where do you go to unlock Nazjatar like where is it on the map? Can’t find anything that says how you start this.

Last thing I did was crucible of storms. If that is anything to go by.

Really the only thing I care about is getting flying first, I would rather not have to do stuff like essence system ect without getting flying first. Which should make doing other things in the game easier.

Start by spending a long time whining on the forums about flying and rep grinds.

After a month or two, go and finish areas, do dailies and grind rep. Once completed, relax.

Also, the quest pops up in your factions city. For alliance you go unlock a thingy in the junk yard, horde you follow alliance then kill them all.

The other area I think I just picked the quest up randomly and done it. It sorta just happened.

The rep grinding takes a week or two, but actually isn’t bad now that there is no timegate.

If you have completed the build up quests, you may need to relog to get it to show on your map.

Everything is answered but…

honestly, getting BFA flying feels like giving your firstborn baby to Blizzard, so hard and painful it is!

I’m a pro-flying, can’t resist to comment like this!

See if you have the portal to Naj. That’s what messed me up for a while, I’d ported out and wasn’t prompted to go back. Mech is a flight point, you’ll get a quest I think is based on how far you advance in the war campaign.

The only way to get to Naz is through that quest. Head to the harbor master in Borealis, the room with the map where you chose what zones to quest in. He might have the quest for you. Do you have any addons that auto accept quests? It might already be in your questlog.

Boring rep grinds.

Do you have to complete the war campaign up to that point for the Nazjatar quest to show up?

No. As long as you’re 120 and have the world quests unlocked, you should be able to get the intro to nazjatar quests.

Ah, world quest unlock, that’s probably it for me. I’ll just wait until the new patch next week.

World quest unlock is pretty easy. You just need to go report to Nathanos if you’re horde and Shaw if you’re alliance on your mission table boat.

Oh, I know, but thanks, just haven’t done any BfA quest past opening the portal in Boralus and not in a hurry now with 8.2.5 coming soon.

Ahhh ok. Yeah, when 8.2.5 hits, if you have any friends at higher level than you, you can quest together on the same phase. I’m looking forward to that feature.

I do have an addon that replaces the default UI. Not sure if this is a problem. Not sure if its because I am not caught up on war campaign or whatever.

Just checked he has no quests. Looked at my log and there is a ton of random quest in there though.

Can anyone help me out? I been all around the main BFA city and nothing. This is the harbormaster he has no quest there is no quest on the map. There must be something I am missing. Keep in mind I haven’t played since 8.1.
