How do you get back to azeroth from dragon isles? Just fly back to the boat or is there a portal somewhere?

You should have access to multiple teleports back to azeroth…dalaran hearthstone, M+ portals, stormwind/orgrimmar cape, garrison hearthstone, one with nature (druid toy) to name a few
as a druid, you can always dreamwalk too…but def pick up some fast travel items and keep them in your bags at all times. it’s a large world 
i’m sure they’ll add a portal hub when you hit max level or finish the MSQ because i haven’t found one yet!
