I see Ret is hitting hard (always did) but has some good defense now.
Would anyone else like to comment about their classes? How is frost bolt? Is DK ok? Are MM still oppressive?

UH DK is thrash tier compared to most if not all melee right now.
What can you expect after 12 rounds of nerfs with 0 compensation.

Did unholy get nerfed in the new patch? Cuz they were pretty good before. Though with the ret buffs Id like Deathstrike totally un nerfed and VP duration normalized.
You lost blight yesterday. Also any buff to other class/specs is a nerf to UH as we are walking on such a thin line.
Unholy used to be god tier vs casters. Now casters are over the top and we are very average into them.
On the other hand, physical damage dealers have always been our true weakness and now with ret rampant, we’ve fallen down to B tier at best.
Haven’t logged on hpal yet but I’m assuming hpal isn’t very good in a meta where every game is a ret comp and if it’s not a ret comp it’s double caster with a warlock.
Rsham burst healing feels weaker but the sustained healing feels WAY stronger and my team felt VERY tanky with 45k healing stream totem ticks and earth shield passive dam reduc.

Ok I thought you were talking about shadow nerfs. The team has done that before. The sum total of unholy nerfs is a bit of a head scracher at this point, I can agree with you on that for sure.
Honestly Frost mage feels like Glacial Spike hasnt had anytjing done to it when i use it… and throw a few cheeky buffed frost bolts in there, im liking where the class is headed. Its boring just throwing out Ice lances every second.
Played around with a few builds today, and a Comet storm/Ray of Frost woth Frostbolt build seems pretty baller

Love the way Arms plays in PvP. One of the best iterations at the moment, only thing is there is not much choice on where to spend rage.
Feel the same way about frost dk, people really got our class gutted, and now all the high rated DKS are on heavy copium trying to convince themselves FDK is “Good” when its just actually cheesy gimmicky garbage being easily overshadowed by nearly every nameable melee in many departments
Theres nothing really unique a dk brings into an arena anymore other than Grip which is the sole reason its even REMOTELY existent on ladder. Our class is so bad its literally our job to setup other classes 1 shots by grip stunning

This. If it wasn’t for every team last night being Ret/Fistweaver, and Ret/Disc I’d have felt the changes more, but I actually did a handful of Rsham shuffles and wasn’t like mad the entire time, so Rsham definitely feels better.

I imagine this is how DH felt like at the start of DF.
Ret could use a few buffs. It feels so bad now that freedom is instantly dispelled, i feel like ret is now like a wheelchair going up a broken escalator that is cover in olive oil and 60 degree slope. Cant hit anything that presses w anymore.
You best believe if i slow a ret and he freedoms, that im spamming the fucj out of spellsteal until i get the freedom

As soon as i see it disappear, im straight back into the slows is where I was getting at with that by all meams, cancel the aura, ill save me 10k mana
Only played affy last night and that seemed great. Was doing 60-70k dps consistently. Will try demo out tonight to see how those buffs are.
