How do you feel about people who don't trasmog their gear?

I find it kind of strange that in a game where you have so many options, you would choose to limit yourself. Its similar to people who play as humans. Seems kind of like a boring way to play personally, but to each their own.

Eeeeeeh I never look at transmogs unless a friend straight tells me to look at it. And I’ll be the first to use transformation toys that makes transmog irrelevant anyway.

If only we had a report button for said transmogs.

Transmog is not free. I have better uses for my gold. I’ll mog an occasional item that’s either super ugly or the transmog option is really cool. Other than that, I don’t really look at my outfits while playing.

I don’t mind it myself, since I’m all for freedom of how their character looks. I do favor really neat transmogs, myself, though. Especially in a roleplay setting. Like if their character looks a bit odd due to no transmog in a roleplay setting, that’s fine for them, but my character might look at them a bit weird, depending on context. (Granted, she wears armor nearly constantly no matter what, so if it was just armor, eh)

i spend 90% of my time looking like an animal but even i got to make sure things match for those other few times  and the log in screen. i can’t stand a bad login screen presence

I don’t trust them.

I don’t care what others do with their characters. Why would you? They pay the same every month and can dress theirs any way they want or choose to just let the gear have its original look.

I got the Yak so I could keep mine the way I want it. It’s a personal choice.

I have gotten to where I really enjoy transmogs, and going back to old raids and dungeons to get gear. Or just shopping on the auction house for bargains. I like getting pets and mounts that match my transmog too.

I understand that transmogs aren’t for everyone, and other players have different expectations or goals from the game. So it doesn’t bother me at all if someone isn’t interested.

Because I have to look at them

My friend used to transmog their gear in a REALLY bad way just to troll me because he knew it bothered me so much.

I play fully zoomed out, so I don’t see mogs, nor do I care to look at them. I am usually playing the game, not gawking at clothes. Now, on the other hand, I do look at some mounts.

I put on this transmog as a joke and it’s hurting my own eyes, please delete me

For a long time, the only transmog I used was Hidden Helm. Nowadays, I’ve taken to transmogging my weapons, and shoulders, especially if they’re ugly.

I tend not to mog anything else because I don’t generally see it. Belt, boots, bracers, even gloves are mostly invisible. Legs as well. And your chest armor is never seen if you have a tabard on.

And that’s even without getting into the “Most items are equally unaesthetically pleasing to me”, so I may was well keep them as they are arguement.

I’ve logged in and out on the same toon multiple times, just to get rid of that out of date appearance on the login screen.:joy:

I just apply RL sensibilities: it’s none of my business and it doesn’t impact me. Don’t get me wrong, if it’s not the right clothing for the venue, I’m gonna notice, but past that - not my department. :stuck_out_tongue:

“How do you feel about people playing their game?” fixed it.

Give him credit that it also takes effort to put together a “REALLY” bad transmog :smiling_imp:

Transmog costs are not cheap. I rarely if ever look at my outfit while playing.

I try not to judge other players too. Your view is no different than me thinking in WoW’s end game with many options, players choose to run old raids for mogs? It’s so boring.
