How do you enter story mode for Liberation of Undermine?

Can’t find an NPC or another entrance anywhere.

It is supposed to be accessible via Paks Topskimmer in the Incontinental, but there is no option. He does have a tool-tip stating that he is part of entering the Liberation of Undermine (Story Mode).

I just checked and story mode was available for me

I got the option to go to it, but once in the raid, nothing happens.

You talk to the guy at the counter at the Incontinental, he has an outline when you take the quest, it just doesn’t show up all that well.

I had a ton of issues with Undermine quest chain NPCs bugging out ajd being unable to continue the quests and the reload command ficed it everytime. Never had to do this befire in 10 years of WoW, but ran into it 3 times in Undermine.

Go inside the hotel. Talk to Paks Topskimmer. Go to the bottom of the dialogue box. Click Undermine in STORY MODE aka < Proceed with the Liberation of Undermine in Story Mode. > It should queue you for the raid with followers. I hope that helps.
