ignoring the hits and counting the misses arent you?
I cope with it by making other reasons to come to raid other than the gear. I know this is definitely something a casual would say (because I am a casual) but I look forward to the fun interactions (and sometimes trolling / drama) that takes place. Last week, as soon as this PuG joined Uld25, I asked him, “What are your thoughts on Eminem?” and he responded by leaving the group. That is a fun interaction and the whole raid had a good laugh.
