How do you actually Realm Hop?

From my post yesterday I’ve been looking at different ways to grind my Shado-pan rep, I now know of the different mobs to grind and everything in between however I dont actually know how to realm hop.

Is it a mod that I need to install to do it? an option? Anything realm hopping related would be extremely helpful.

You can shard-hop, but realm hop isn’t a thing.

You join a local group on group finder, which pulls you to the realm/shard of the group leader.
It has to be on the same continent… maybe even zone for it to work. I think?

Under the premade section right? Just join a random group?
