How do you activate the flight master in oribos?

I needed to go to necrotic wake and Mots but the flight master wasn’t there. I did the intro up to the part where I had to familiarise myself in oribos. No more quests after that and the flight master is still not there.

Is “low level quests” turned on in map markers?

I turned on low level quests from my UI but could not see any quest markers.

I had to hurry up and level up to 80 so I could port to either Ardenweald or Bastion from Donnegal in Khaz Algar.

So Blizzard broke this. If you take the skip option from Mograine you’re supposed to get the Threads of Fate option from Roh-Tahl.

Until they add back Threads of Fate or allow you to somehow start the *Arrival in Shadowlands" you won’t ever be able to unlock Shadowlands.

Threads of Fate removal - stuck in Oribos

So this has been reported so many times and nothing has been done. If you use the intro skip option for Shadowlands from Darion Mograine, Fatescribe Roh-Tahl doesn’t give you the option to the Threads of Fate. Because for some unknown reason Threads of Fate was removed from the game. You have no way to access any of the other locations in Shadowlands because you can’t complete chapter 2 of the campaign “Arrival in the Shadowlands” The flight master doesn’t unlock and you can’t access the maw…

100% this, there is talk it “might” be fixed in 11.07 patch so here’s hoping.

If you take the skip option from Mograine

I recently took my level 80 Earthen character (who had not touched shadowlands at all during leveling) through the intro; no skip, did the whole maw thing; upon arrival at Oribos was totally stuck with no further options.

So it appears to be broken, skip or no skip.

I had a 74 toon… I took Calia Menethil quest line…you will end up in Maldraxxus. Once there I finished that portion, but did not hearth back to Brill. I was able to fly zone to zone, but once I flew to Oribos, I was out of luck. I’m guessing I could’ve set a hearth to one of the zones, which I think would have bypassed the bug or whatevs. Let me know if anyone tries this. Thanks and good luck

I’m trying to get the Emerald Hawkstrider Mount and for some strange reason I have to go to Bastion to do it. Are they ever gonna fix the Oribos flightmaster??

The last time I went , Tal Inara offers a skip that opens ALL the flight paths in Shadowlands. I don’t know if she has the skip if you have leveled past it already, it’s like the very first one she offers.

Try to talk to Tal Inara and look for red text.

That’s weird. I just returned to WoW after 7 years. Took my fresh 80 hunter into shadowlands for the first time and didn’t skip any intros or anything. went through following only the main storyline quests and I’m now currently in that end game area with the huge sphere in the middle working on world quests to open it up I guess?

edit: and I have access to the oribos flight master and all flight points

Hmm, it’s possible something got fixed perhaps?

I’ll have to take the character I tested with back there to see.

They fixed it in 11.0.7 I believe. The only thing that’s not opened automatically is Zereth Mortis if you’ve never done it.
