I unlocked Unity 39 days ago and I’ve been using Unity exclusively ever since.
And I do World Quests. That’s pretty much my only form of content, being a solo player and all.
But almost 40 days in I only got one piece of the Unity set.
Either the RNG is an absolute atrocity or there’s another condition beyond doing WQs with Unity.
Sounds like your RNG has been atrocious.

This set can be obtained after reaching Level 5 on your Abomination Factory. Once you reach max level on your factory, you can obtain the Construct Unity. Once you have completed the quest and crafted Unity, you will have a chance of obtaining pieces of the transmog set every time you complete a World Quest in Maldraxxus while Unity is accompanying you.
If that’s all there is to it, then it’s official: Blizzard hates me lol
The version for Kyrian players requires a pretty hefty amount of time devoted to the Angelic arena known as… actually I forget what it’s called…
I know that feeling since farming Torghast for the battle pets. I only have one out nine collect.
