Growing up my mom had multiple birds, timneh African grey, Amazon, umbrella cockatoo, various budgies/cockatiels and the big ones (first three listed) mimicked words pretty [redacted] well, much to the chagrin of my mom, the mother of three teenage boys who explored the full spectrum of curse words.
I don’t. Raging is for immature children, and has no place in a simple game.
Hahaha that had to be great fun in your house…mine are not quite at point of vocal words yet but when I get on the phone or talk in Discord with my guild mates the birbs start up and my guild mates can hear them LOL.
Yeah the bigger type birds like Greys usually are easy to get to talk …budgies are a bit harder and usually only males of the Budgies normally will talk if you can get them too.
I don’t.
I don’t play any multiplayer games beyond this one. At all.
I used to get really mad and throw controllers etc when I was younger…
…and cry.
Now I just cry.
Me I just have Strokes…literally…why I had to give up PVP…
I’m on keyboard 3 or 4, since Shadowslands ended I haven’t broken anymore keyboards.
Usually I just ignore them and say “well that’s one less stinker in my life”
If only ignores were account wide so it could be a guarantee
I “rage” in video games by hitting the “Exit Game” button and then touching grass.
Cuss, sigh then sit back and look at the ceiling lol
It depends on what the reason is though.
I mainly get mad at myself.
I don’t really get mad at others if they’re trying their best.
I would most likely leave before reaching that point lol
Exceptions are like really bad trolling or intentionally wasting other peoples times etc.
I auto attack for rage and then I press the Mortal strike button to spend it.
This made me laugh. Love it.
I used to force choke my mouse, but that runs into some money, those Razer mice are pricey.
Definately broke more than one controller, keyboard and made holes in the walls as a kid.
These days, most games don’t make me frustrated. Only ones in recent history that do are Souls-likes (Very hard bosses in Elden Ring in particular)… in which case, I’ll channel my anger into a punchable pillow or frustrated growl.
Given where I started, I’m semi-proud of myself. I recognize it’s still ridiculous but feels are hard!
I always have colorful words to say…but I usually turn off the game before it gets to that point and refrain from breaking stuff anyway. Input peripherals cost as much as games today, sometimes even more, and I would rather buy a new game with that money than replace something out of rage.
I just do what some of the best players in the world do and go fully non-verbal.
Last time I did pvp, it cost me a keyboard.
I rarely rage unless I’m forced to do pvp.
I just log out. It’s a sign that I need to take a break and reset mentally.
Alt+f4 cause saying anything is against the stupid social agreement cancer.
