You can’t just get full 421 pvp ilev on day one of the seaosn.

feels like a design misstep, but who cares about start of season
It’s 200 of some essence for the quest. It can be obtained by killing, players, doing world quests in the pertinent zone (this weeks zone is azure span), and also by looting chests in the zone.
Chests were giving me about 5, world quests 10, world pvp quest 25, and player kills give 1.
There might be other ways to get it but that’a all i could figure out before i had to log out.

I don’t think you understand. This allows people to farm 2-3 ilevs short of full bis right now.

Ah ok. That sounds a lot better then. I was dreading trying to farm kills at the wild arcana with 1200-1800 latency.

Yeah, no way its intended. Fully expect it to be hotfixed and probably reverted for people who obtained from incorrect sources.
Keep in mind that these are used to convert 408 gear into 421(?) pieces. I guess they’re fine with us being able to powergrind full near bis in the first few days?
