I have a Lightforge mage I just started, she is level 25 and has only the Stormwind portal. I’ve looked all over the internet to see HOW she learns the portal and teleport spells and cannot find any current information. I went to the portal room in Stormwind and none of the mages teach anything. I would think if she has the Stormwind spell she should also have Iron Forge, Exodar, and Darnasus as well but she does not.

The portal trainer for Stormwind is at 80, 69 in Old Town now, which makes no sense I know.
The easiest way to train portals is go to the Mage Tower in Stormwind > click the Exodar portal > Train all of your portals at the Draenei portal trainer NPC that you will spawn next to.
There is no longer a portal trainer in Stormwind that I could find. The only portal trainer who’s existence I was able to confirm as of the date of this comment is immediately through the Exodar Portal in the mage tower. I’m sure there are others as well. This info was in desperate need of updating. Hope this helps others.
I was definitely just there and there is a portal trainer in Old Town, where all the class trainers are at by the target dummies, it’s really obtuse to find though lol so I would just go through the Exodar portal. The only reason I even found the one in Old Town was because I happened to be in the area using the target dummies
in the building full of trainers across from the target dummies and next to the old town stables. She’s up on the balcony
Every major city has a portal trainer that can teach you portals and teleports. they both usually have level requirements associated with the expansion the city was released in.
