How do i use alchemy skill?

I have herbalism and alchemy. Like the old classic id just go to my book and clicl the icon. Im on retail. How do i use alchemy?

Get a beat up winebago, go out to Thousand Needles, get some flasks, some sudafed and some ethyl glycol I think. Oh and some match boxes, you need it for the fire strips. Get some breathing masks, and you’re golden.

Pretty sure ‘K’ opens up your professions tab.
