I spent my 10k anima for rank 3 transporter and waited the 24 hour “research time” but when I went to where the portal is supposed to now be in Heart of the Forest there’s no portal. Any ideas?

That’s odd. I’d try leaving the area and relogging, then submit a ticket if that doesn’t do the trick.
