How do I unlock Ruby Feast?

The quest that should start it for me isn’t appearing anywhere in the city. Is there some kind of quest I need to do beforehand to unlock it?

you need cooking leveled

from wowhead also

The prerequisite for this quest is the quest chain that ends with the delivery of the eggs to the Ruby Life Pools.

I’m glad you posted this. I forgot all about feasts in other areas.

Now I need to level my cooking. Good to know.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, I’m maxed cooking level. I just cleared the entire first zone to get this unlocked. I’m trying to learn all the cooking recipes in the game.
