i’ve been swapping from 70 to 70, have’nt got the quest to unlock them. do have to play a draenei to unlock’em? cause, i kept reading that any race can do the quests…
you’ll need to go find the person who gives you the breadcrumb quest. for alliance it’s in SW, by the entrance to the big castle. for horde it’s blood knight somebody in VoH.

OH! well frick, your timing could’nt be better: just found the npc! i thought it was just gonna pop into my quest-log and give me a teleport item. well, thank you for the help anyway! 
…seriously, the other sites i read about the quest, was that it started in the cathedral district, so… appreciate the clarification.
