How do I unlock druid 2 person riding?

I see people carrying their friends around on their back, but my friends are not able to mount me.

What do I have to do to unlock this?

Mount form is a tome that can be purchased in Moonglade or the Dreamgrove. Lunarwing flight form is a questline that can be done on the Broken shore after completing your class hall.
