How do i turn off cinematics?

I could until today click the skip after hitting escape during a cinematic. Now i cant see my cursor on the screen during a cinematic. How do i turn them off? All the old youtube videos show a different menu.

Try opening another window so you can get your curser back. Then you should be able to close the cinematic. And then some cannot be skipped.

Tried that multiple times during the legion cinematic i had to sit through the whole thing. I just want the ability to turn them off.

Some can’t be skipped - like one in Throne of Thunder - which one u having trouble with?

The final cinematic in antoras it can be skipped ive done it 100 times i cant see my cursor to click on skip. I want to turn it off externally through the menu.

And besides, can’t you spare 24 seconds of your life to just watch it? 3 Devs died and 14 were seriously injured in the making of the Dragon Soul ending cinematic, I think about them and their bravery every time I run through it.

I love cinematics i just dont want to watch a 3 minute skippable one for the 100th time. The legion antoras cinematic is one of my favorite ones before this games story turned to poop. Still id like to be able to get loot after the last boss and not sit in a cinematic for 3 minutes.

No. Nothing in any cinematic improves my gaming experience.

LeatrixPlus has two options to both make the skip process faster (by making the ESC key skips instead of giving you a yes or no answer to skip) and to auto skip cutscenes even.

Unfortunately, some cutscenes can’t be skipped.

Because he doesn’t want too? And games come standard with a cutscene skip button? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

reminds me of when i couldn’t skip past this screen on my DVD player

I really am tired of them also, as well as the little boxes that pop up with someone saying something and it covers my spells.

CinematicDisabler addon can fix this permanently.

We should be able to turn them off for successive characters going through the same old, tired, rehashed, cinematics. Some of which cannot even be escaped out of…

You can play how you want, others want to play how they want. Gatekeeper.

8 months later maybe Regulator will resub and reply back if they haven’t quit the game.
